These are only few pictures among the hundreds that I have. Well, seriously once you are in this place, you can't really help yourself to take them pictures. They are just so precious. And spending a day with them is so memorable to me. I think I'll go back there one of these days. Lol!

Paris, France

When I was in high school, I saw random movies being shoot in Paris. Since then, I've started to like the place and dreaming of going there someday.

So, lately my husband got a holiday from his work and our daughter had 2-week break from school. My husband asked me where I wanted to go here in Europe. I answered, "I guess you already know". Without telling him exactly where I wanted to go, he knew it already. My husband knows every place I want to go to and he knows too that Paris is the first on my list. So we decided to have a short stay in Paris. In less than a week, we had a blast. We've been to the famous star of Paris, the Eiffel Tower. I've been dreaming of touching it. And just the day I saw it, it was a dream come true. I know I may sound shallow but it's just one of the things I really wanted. Rope it, baby!

Yeah, that's my kid watching the tower from the boat when we're cruisin' Seine River. And for her, we also spent a whole day in Disneyland. It was really her day. I didn't see a single second that she wasn't smilling. Oh, only when she was hungry and asking for foods. Lol!

We also went to Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur Cathedral.

I guess you can figure out how our stay went through. It was really a great one!
And it's all because of my husband. Alex had a whole heart of thanking him for the Disneyland tour which made my husband's heart melt. I told him that he didn't know how he made me feel happy by bringing me to Paris. Oh well, it was the first time. And first times always feel like ohhh yeahhh, right? Lol!

Keukenhof 2013

May 4, 2013

It was a beautiful sunny Saturday when I was at Keukenhof. Keukenhof is located at Lisse, Netherlands. It is the world's largest garden. Full of tulips and different flowers. One of the best places to take pictures. I really had a great time though it was windy.

But the most beautiful idea was I met my good friend there whom I've never seen like ages. It is like almost 9 years that we didn't see each other. The last time was when we were still in college. So, I am seriously glad that we met and had time together again.

I also had a chance to meet her Dutch boyfriend, Jaap. They were such a sweet couple!

Gen is such a good friend of mine since we were in college. We might not see each other everyday but at least we live in one country now and we know that Keukenhof is not the first place we can go together.

Let's do it!

Finally, our backyard is no longer a mini-forest. Haha!

My husband and I worked on it yesterday. The sun was shining beautifully so we decided to come out and play. ^_^ And this morning, we had a big help from our little helper;

She was such a great help. And we loved teaching her things when she asked for it. Even questions on how to cook. ^_^ Because I cooked her favourite bihon for snacks.

She had a full smile after eating. And we went back to work again.

We really had a great time together! Well, we always do!

I love my family! That even in this simplest day, we manage to make it special. Special not because of anything, but just having us three around; happy and contented- it's priceless!

Oh well, I need to hit the hay! Gotta do the front yard cleaning tomorrow. ^_^

A blessed Sunday

What a beautiful Sunday I have today and this day is about to end so soon.

When I woke up this morning, I saw two beautiful faces and those pairs of lips that kissed me - everything is just priceless...

I went to the church and attended the mass and had a little "salo-salo" with my Filipino friends after.

I took a picture of my plate when it was empty already. It means, I really had a blast eating and truly loaded. Loaded? Haha! Nothing much to say because I'm sleepy!

Seriously, this day is just amazing! Thank you God for letting me feel your presence everywhere I go...

Shaka Zulu's Soundtrack

After watching the full series of Shaka Zulu, there's just one thing I truly love. The song!

I just can't get enough of it. It seems like it's the best catchy song I've ever heard. And to think that it tracked for the warrior Shaka Zulu, it adds beauty to the show. Listen for yourself and sure I know you can't get enough of it too.

Chicken pox

Chicken pox hits my baby love :(

She is still lucky that she doesn't have a fever with it, or anything else bad to feel. All she is feeling bad is only her skin appearance. She keeps asking if when will all these dots be gone. Lol! Well, I can't blame her. Because she'd been absent from school since last Thursday and Friday (April 4 and 5). It attacked her Thursday early morning. Since it is contagious, we decided to just let her stay at home. Too bad, because she is a school fan and I did see since Thursday that she missed her school.

Though I tried to keep her entertained which was not really hard because she is a happy child. Never really had hard times taking care of her ever since and I am proud of that.

These pictures were taken yesterday. Such a sweet child of mine. She is lucky that yesterday, Monday was a holiday and no class. And still today, I don't think it's good to send her to school though her skin dots (as she calls it) are completely healed already. So, she was only absent from school for 3 days. Ahh, thank you weekend! My husband already called her teacher that she is going back to school tomorrow. Our baby love is just very happy to know about it. Thank God, it's all okay now! Alex is ready to go! Aja!
